• At the time of Check-in, every individual guest staying in the hotel is required to present a valid government identity proof which mentions the residential address. In case of foreign national, valid passport along with visa is required. Also the guests are requested to carry the reservation letter at the time of arrival.
• Total room rent is payable in advance in order to confirm the bookings. For weddings & other large functions, 80% of the approximate total billing is to be paid 40 days in advance in order to confirm the booking.
• Outside alcohol and eatables are not allowed in the hotel.
• Hookahs and personal music/speaker systems are not allowed in the hotel.
• Lockers for your valuables are available in each guest room. The hotel shall not be responsible for any loss of or damage to your personal belongings.
• In case any damage is done to the hotel property by guests during their stay, it will be the sole accountability of the guest that made the booking and Hotel will levy damage charges as deemed fit.
• Area blocking charges for exclusive lunches or dinners is between Rs. 20,000/- and Rs.50,000/-.
• Conference equipment is provided as per actual costs, on prior notice.
• No charge for child below 5 years and a half rates for child below 10 on meals. 11 years and above will be charged adult price.
• Child up to the age of 10 years can share the bed with parents and an extra bed is mandatory for child of and above the age of 10 years, adult charges are applicable. If an extra bed is placed for a child between 6 to 10, charges are Rs. 750 + taxes. For child above 10 years and for adults an extra bed is placed on request separately, it is chargeable @ Rs.1100 + taxes (GST will be applicable as per the rate of the room). The extra bed cost will be inclusive of breakfast.
• Breakfast and evening tea are included in the room rent.
• Breakfast is served from 8 to 10 a.m.
• There are special charges for weekends, Christmas, and New year. Please do contact our Sales Offices for further information.
• Rates for fashion photography and filming are available on request.
• All prices mentioned regarding rooms, meals, services and other facilities are exclusive of taxes. CGST and SGST rates as per the GST Act and GST Rules & Regulations will be levied on the corresponding services availed at the properties. All taxes are subject to change as per the Government regulations from time to time.

Cancellation Charges for individual bookings

• If cancelled 72 hours prior to the arrival date full refund will be processed. There will be 5% cancellation charges in case payment is done via Online/Credit/Debit card.
• If cancelled within 0-72 hours prior to Check In date, one night retention will be charged and balance will be refunded, subject to deduction of 5% cancellation charges in case payment is done via online/Credit/Debit card.

Applicable on Black out dates (24th, 25th, 30th & 31st of December & Long weekends)

• 25% retention of booking amount will be charged, if cancelled within15-30 days from the arrival date, subject to deduction of 5% cancellation charges in case payment is done via Online/Credit/Debit card.
• 50% retention of booking amount will be charged, if cancelled within 08- 15 days from the arrival date, subject to deduction of 5% cancellation charges in case payment is done via Online/Credit/Debit card.
• 100% retention of booking amount will be charged, if cancelled within 07 days from the arrival date.

Cancellation Charges for Group bookings

• A group booking is defined as 05 rooms and above.
• 25% retention of booking amount will be charged, if cancelled within15-30 days from the arrival date, subject to deduction of 5% cancellation charges in case payment is done via Online/Credit/Debit card.
• 50% retention of booking amount will be charged, if cancelled within 08- 15 days from the arrival date, subject to deduction of 5% cancellation charges in case payment is done via Online/Credit/Debit card.
• 100% retention of booking amount will be charged, if cancelled within 07 days from the arrival date.
• Credit/debit card/ Online online refunds will only be made against credit/debit card bookings and usually take 15 working days.
• The original receipt must be presented for processing the refund if applicable as per the company policy.
